My father speaks limited English.  So, I hired David to help him with a legal matter the City of Philadelphia had initiated for zoning and L&I issues.  Let me just say that David took care of everything and resolved the matters better than I expected.  But what truly struck me was how kind and attentive David was to me and my father.  My father really felt like he was a priority and felt like his case was in great hands.  David is a different type of lawyer.  All I’ll say is if you speak with him, you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Dave highly enough for his acumen in the law (criminal defense or otherwise).

I first encountered Dave Klayman at a District Court hearing in Delaware County. I was immediately impressed by his presence and confidence. Due to court delays we ended up chatting for quite a while. From that discussion I was able to learn about Dave’s background as a US Marine, former Police Officer, and now a second-career attorney. In addition to Dave’s command of the court through his physical presence, Dave possesses a thorough understanding of the laws impacting his clients. What is also impressive about Dave is his willingness to learn new matter and put in the time to train himself for whatever matters his clients represent to him. If I personally required representation in a matter, there would be few I would seek out beyond Dave Klayman.

David is an experienced litigator with experience on both sides of the aisle. This allows him to quickly separate fact from fiction and develop a complete understanding of the case. In addition to his knowledge and ability, David is a passionate fighter who champions his clients’ interests and zealously advocates to get them the best result possible.
